A Practical First Step
Start With the Right Question
A 15-minute fit conversation is a focused way to clarify the leadership priority, understand the setting, and determine whether speaking, coaching, consulting, security and safety advising, or another next step may be appropriate.
People • Purpose • Progress • Together™
Understand the Need Before Recommending the Work
The first conversation is not a generic sales presentation. It is a brief exchange about the people involved, the priority that needs attention, what has already been tried, and the decision the organization is trying to make.
Willie’s listen-first approach begins with the reality of the organization. Different needs should lead to different solutions, and sometimes the right next step is simply a clearer question or a different resource.

When This Conversation May Help
Bring One Priority, Not a Finished Scope
The conversation is designed to identify fit and a useful next step, not to force every need into the same service.
Speaking or Workshops
Clarify the audience, setting, desired takeaway, and whether a keynote, workshop, panel, or team session fits.
Coaching
Discuss the leader, executive team, or cohort, the behavior or challenge involved, and the change being sought.
Leadership & Culture
Explore supervisor development, employee listening, accountability, communication, workforce experience, improvement planning, or measurement.
Public Safety Leadership
Discuss a leadership, workforce, culture, supervisor, or organizational priority without submitting confidential personnel, case, or procurement information.
Resources or Media
Identify whether an existing article, book, interview, speaker resource, or media route is the better starting point.
Not Sure Yet
Start with what is happening now and what decision, conversation, or improvement the organization needs to make next.
Listen. Clarify. Route.
What to Expect
Describe the Priority
Share the current situation, the people or audience involved, and why the issue matters now.
Clarify the Decision
Identify what is known, what remains uncertain, what a useful next step should accomplish, and who owns the decision.
Choose the Next Step
If there is a fit, identify the appropriate follow-up. If there is not, do not manufacture a larger engagement.
Clear Boundary
A Fit Conversation Is Not a Proposal
The conversation does not establish scope, price, availability, procurement acceptance, or promised outcomes.
Any recommendation, proposal, schedule, or commercial term follows only after the need, authority, decision process, and practical constraints are understood. Please do not use the form for confidential employee, personnel, legal, investigative, security-sensitive, or procurement-restricted information.
A Stronger Tomorrow
The right next step begins with a clear understanding of the priority.
Lead. Serve. Inspire. Leave a fingerprint.
